A server brought us Water and Hot tea- and we sat with the menu for maybe 10 minutes a reasonable amount of time. After waiting 30 minutes to sit which as I said I agreed to and was made aware of. Honestly when you get to the end you will see WHY management should ONLY seat those that they can truly serve or have a SIGN that says a minimum $ amount required or something. We called and they told us they don't take reservations on NY eve - Chinese New Years Eve- so we patiently stood in line for 30 minutes- there were only 2 of us and they chose to seat us at a table for 6 with a direct view of the Kitchen which was fine. Came here excited by all of the Reviews and the kudos from Travel and Leisure magazine.
