Its not copying the Zoom info from the first Window into the Outlook Calendar event like it normally should, it just sits there saying "Scheduling Meeting" and doesn't do anything.Ī workaround we did was to create the meeting first in Zoom then copy the info into a Calendar event We fill out that info and it generates the meeting through the Zoom App, but not in the Outlook calendar invite. After typing in the info it would open another Schedule Meeting window, like one would do from the Zoom App itself. However, after trying to reschedule a Zoom meeting they were running into issues, namely that it was trying to create a brand new meeting instead of just moving the Outlook calendar event to the time she wanted.Ĭlicking on the Zoom Outlook plugin to create a meeting was even stranger, it would show the first Window that has the normal barebones info needed to generate a meeting invite. Hey all, I'm a Help Desk grunt trying to troubleshoot an issue with the Zoom Outlook plugin for one of our users and I am not finding any concrete answers elsewhere.Ĭrux of issue is, user had moved cubes and logged into a new workstation and tried to schedule a new Zoom meeting through the Outlook plugin.
